This vegan “cheese” sauce is freakin’ awesome!! I made a bean dip and used it on top like “nacho cheese” but you can use this ANYWHERE!
What You Need:
2/3 cup raw almonds (soaked in warm water for at least 30 min)
2 tablespoons of tahini
1 bell pepper (red or orange)
1/3 cup nutrition yeast
1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne
zest and juice of a whole lemon
1/4 cup of water
Just blend everything together, or in your food processor, until the sauce is smooth.
Done.
